# Flag a practice item

> Report incorrect data, broken audio, or a confusing prompt during practice.

If a practice prompt looks wrong, use the flag control on the item. That sends the item for review. It does not change your score by itself.

**1. Open the flag control**

During practice, select **Flag this item for review** (the flag icon).

**2. Choose a reason**

Pick the closest option:

* **Data is incorrect**
* **Audio is broken**
* **Confusing / unclear**
* **Other**

**3. Add a note if it helps**

You can include an optional note, then submit. You should see **Thanks — flagged for review.** If submission fails, try again.
